Benchmade Knives have been around for about 21 years now and over that time they have been refining and tweaking to build a quality knife and make sure it’s competitive in the market but also has a quality that second to none. Benchmade Butterfly Knives got their start in California but soon after opening moved to Clackamas Oregon. Just like Buck Knives they decided to move were they could truly expand on the business and plus get some better taxes rates, lets face it California is pushing most companies out of their. Benchmade uses a wide area of steels and make sure that each knife meets its high quality standard. When I got my first Benchmade Knife I compared it to an off brand that I got from the swap meet, and you talk about quality. The one from the swap meet said made in China and there was no comparison when you put the two together. The Benchmade felt heaver and just felt stronger and more durable. Benchmade had a wide variety of Hunting Knives if you’re interested in getting a new knife or just a collector. Buck Knives are good knives but I can compare the two and there both high quality to me, maybe because there both made in the U.S that’s just me.
Benchmade takes pride in being a family owned and run business and so do I. If you’re a knife collector of wanting to get into selling knives I would suggest contacting Benchmade they offer a dealers program and for someone who’s looking to get into there own business or just wants to set up at their local swap meet on the weekends then you can not go wrong with a Benchmade Knife. If anything you would be able to buy them at a discounted price and for a collector that’s a pretty good deal.
